Stress is the reaction of the body to any demand placed upon it and can result in significant psychological impact and/or unexpected or altered behavior.

One important aspect of this definition to remember is, no two people are the same and what may positively or negatively impact one person can have a completely different affect on another person. Try to understand what your are like and plan accordingly.
