How bad is Tik Tok?!

Some time ago, when Tik Tok came out, I was watching it because I wanted to see if it would be an acceptable replacement for Youtube. Overtime I saw an article, (don’t know if I still have it) stating that it was China owned; this gave me my 1st warning that I did not want to get involved with it. I don’t remember if it was the same article or another that talked about Tik Tok being a data miner, my 2nd warning. This made sense to me as China is not our friend, and what a good way to get people to voluntarily use it, so they could collect the data they want.

Now, a U.S. Senator gives this advice.

Makes you want to at least pause to find out if Tik Tok is as bad as some think. Go do your research, find out what you need to, then make your own decision.

For my own part, I am glad I never downloaded this to any of my own devices. Go look, then you decide what is best for you.
